Terms of Service
The standard terms and conditions for partnering with Vigro IT Group.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Vigro IT Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Provision
Vigro IT Group provides enterprise-level IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support services. Specific service levels and deliverables will be outlined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own credentials and for providing necessary access and information required for Vigro IT Group to perform the agreed-upon services.
4. Limitation of Liability
Vigro IT Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the services, except as expressly provided in our specific client contracts.
